If you entered an old address or an incorrect address and need this changing, please email our Customer Care Team on - firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and correct address and they will see what they can do.
If your order has already been shipped and despatched from the warehouse, we will need to get in contact with Hermes to change the address for you. At the moment, only the sender of the parcel can get amend an address with Royal Mail or DHL, so please do not get in touch with the courier yourself. Please be aware this process can usually take up to 72 hours to amend the address and the parcel be delivered to the new address.
For International Orders shipped via Royal Mail - please get in contact with us via email as soon as possible and we will try our best to change the delivery address.
